This policy applies to anyone who interacts with us in relation to our services (“you”, “your”), via any channel (e.g. app, website, email, phone, booking on Rahavaas Dekho accommodation, etc.).

If you pay and get location(address) of the vacant accommodation through our platform (website or app) for rooms, flats and PG’s, or you need location of other services(services which are additionally provided like newspaper, water, suppliers, library, coaching's, tiffin centers etc.) few information will be shared to building owners and service providers like name, mobile no. etc. 

  This privacy policy applies to individuals who enquire about, purchase or make use of our services, such as when a user signs up with Rahavaas Dekho, modifies his/her account, makes a booking, requests on-demand services, contacts customer support, stays at Rahavaas Dekho-listed accommodations or listed services or otherwise communicates or interacts with Rahavaas Dekho.

It describes how we handle your information, in the way you contact us (e.g. website, app, email, phone, social media etc.). Sometimes we will provide you with additional information, depending on the way we interact with each other, e.g. if you use particular functionality on our website or app, we may explain how that functionality uses your information.

Rahavaas Dekho offers vacant accommodation locations in all Rahavaas Dekho-listed rooms, flats, and PG’s and also provides additional services location like- newspaper supplier, water supplier, library, tiffin centers, coaching's etc.

Rahavaas Dekho’s website or app is not aimed at children, and we do not allow children to book accommodation or stay at our accommodations without a responsible adult.

Categories of personal information:

We process two categories of personal information about you have booked accommodation for:

a. Standard personal information (e.g. information we use to contact you, identify you or manage our relationship with you); and

b. special categories of information as defined by applicable law.

Standard personal information includes:

a. Contact Information: We collect your name, user name, address, e-mail address, phone number, Aadhar card no. to verify details and your country of residence, age, gender and date of birth;

b. Usage and Preference Information: We collect information about how you interact with our website or app, including IP addresses, search terms and parameters and device information.

c. Log Information: We collect server logs, which may include information like device IP address, access dates and times, pages viewed, website crashes and other system activity.

FOR BUILDING OWNERS, PG OWNERS & SERVICE PROVIDERS

If you list your buildings and its accommodations(rooms, flats and PG’s) through our platform (website or app) or you list other services(services which are additionally provided like newspaper, water, suppliers, library, coaching's, tiffin centers etc.) few information will be shared to tenants and service needier like name, mobile no., address and details you provide on our platform etc.
