These terms form a legally binding agreement between Users (“User(s), you, your, customer(s), building owners, pg owners, service providers yourself”) and Rahavaas Dekho and/or its subsidiaries and affiliates (“we, us, our”). These terms shall govern the use of the website, app, call centers (collectively referred to as “Rahavaas Dekho Platform”) which enables the User to connect with us in relation to the services offered through the Rahavaas Dekho ("Services").
Please read these terms carefully before accessing, using, obtaining or availing any Services by Rahavaas Dekho. If you do not agree with these Terms of Use you may refrain from using the Rahavaas Dekho Platform and/or Services. These conditions must be read in conjunction with any other applicable terms and conditions governing the use of Rahavaas Dekho Platform and Services.
Rahavaas Dekho reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time at its sole discretion. It will be your responsibility to keep yourself updated with the Terms of Use from time to time, your continued usage of the Rahavaas Dekho Platform and Services would be deemed to be an acceptance of these terms and the modifications thereto.
1. Scope of Services
Rahavaas Dekho through the Rahavaas Dekho Platform markets. Rahavaas Dekho properties, managed and/or listed as per agreed terms with Rahavaas Dekho. Rahavaas Dekho provide location of vacant services are as following :
- Rooms
- Flats
- PG’s
- Libraries
- Tiffin Centres
- Water suppliers
- Newspaper suppliers
- Coachings
2. Eligibility to use
You must be capable of entering, performing and adhering to these terms. Rahavaas Dekho reserves the right to terminate User’s access and refuse to provide User with access to the Rahavaas Dekho Platform if Rahavaas Dekho discovers that User is not under the category, subcategory(gender and/or condition of service mentioned) orHe/She refuses to follow Building rules of Rahavaas Dekho.
3. Using the Rahavaas Dekho Platform : Account Registration and use
Rahavaas Dekho makes the Services available to you through the Rahavaas Dekho Platform upon you providing Rahavaas Dekho certain required User information and having created an account ("Account") through Rahavaas Dekho ID and password or other login ID and password (collectively, the "Account Information"). The Rahavaas Dekho Platform requires you to register as a User(customer or building owner) by creating an Account in order to utilize the Services provided. You will be fully responsible for all activities that occur under Your Account. You agree to (a) immediately notify Rahavaas Dekho of any unauthorized use of its Account Information or any other breach of security, and (b) ensure that you exit/log out from the account at the end of each session. Rahavaas Dekho cannot and shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this clause. You may be held liable for losses incurred by Rahavaas Dekho or any other customer or visitor to the Rahavaas Dekho Platform due to authorized or unauthorized use of your account as a result of your failure in keeping its Account Information secure and confidential.
Rahavaas Dekho also allows restricted access to the Rahavaas Dekho Platform for unregistered users. At the time of registration, you shall ensure that the Account Information provided by you in the Rahavaas Dekho Platform registration form is complete, accurate and up-to-date.
4. Rahavaas Dekho Services
Rahavaas Dekho is primarily responsible for providing the same Room,Flat & PG shown by our Platform and for ensuring the acceptability of the services as promised by Rahavaas Dekho to its customers. Rahavaas Dekho has the right to redirect the Building owners to provide the booking acceptance for rent services to Rahavaas Dekho’s customers.
In case Customers are not able to select the properties from our website or app, you can call our customer support desk and our team will help you find a suitable accommodation within your preferred budget and amenities.
If you are under the subcategory of service and accepting building rules after that any check-in is denied for the room, flat or pg seat you paid for its location code, Rahavaas Dekho shall ensure that User is provided with an alternate accommodation of comparable standards. In an event, where the alternate accommodation could not be provided, Rahavaas Dekho shall arrange for the refund of location charge collected from the User.

Rahavaas Dekho stays involved with the Users right from the time when booking is made through Rahavaas Dekho platform and throughout the entrance of Booked Room/Flat or PG and ensures that the User gets the same Room/Flat or PG Listed on Rahavaas Dekho Platform.
Rahavaas Dekho verifies every building before adding it. After verification we allow building owners to list their rooms, flats and pg in the condition if they allow Rahavaas Dekho to show their details to Rahavaas Dekho customers. The availability of your(building owner) accommodation shown by you on our platform(Rahavaas Dekho website or app) will be visible to all our customers. In a cas any customer needs your accommodation for rent we will provide the location of your property & contact no. to him/her. Rahavaas Dekho only forward contact no. & location if he/she agrees in the rent and building rules you provided on our platform. We do not take direct booking for your property and we are not responsible for any mishap after booking your accommodation by Rahavaas Dekho customers because you have to verify all the tenants sent by our platform.
Rahavaas Dekho does not restrict you(building owner) for booking, the building owner can also refuse tenants sent by Rahavaas Dekho platform if he/she is not under your category, subcategory and disagrees with the rules of your building shown by you on our platform.
5. Terms specifically applicable to Customer :
Users availing Services and Rahavaas Dekho Products via the Rahavaas Dekho Platform (hereinafter referred to as “Customers”) shall be governed by the following terms and conditions:
A. Booking or get address of services
The process of booking Services from this Rahavaas Dekho Platform may require you to disclose your personal and confidential information. To prevent unauthorized access to your information such as name, address etc., you shall not use/access this site or app from unsecure computers, unsecure communication links, and unsecure mobile phones. The User agrees, acknowledges and confirms that before placing any order on the Rahavaas Dekho Platform, the User shall check the Service category, subcategory, description, rules and price etc, of service carefully and by paying location charges for a Service you agree to be bound by these terms. You shall only place the order after fully satisfying yourself with the price, description,photos and rules as has been displayed on Rahavaas Dekho Platform.That hoping on announcement, confirmations, information and liabilities made/undertaken by the User in accordance with the terms, and believing the same to be true and acting on the faith thereof, Rahavaas Dekho has agreed to provide the Services to the User as per the terms mentioned herein. In particular, the User does hereby agree, promise, declare, confirm, covenant, undertake and represent & warrant to Rahavaas Dekho:
a. the User is not under any legal deficiency which the User: (i) entering into a valid contract under the applicable laws; and (ii) making valid payment to Rahavaas Dekho for Services ordered by the User.
b. In the event of detecting any suspicious activity from User’s account, Rahavaas Dekho reserves the right to cancel all pending and future orders owing to any such incident without any liability to the User.
c. In a credit card transaction; you must use your own credit card for which User has full right & authority to validly use such a credit card for making payment to Rahavaas Dekho. Rahavaas Dekho shall not be liable for any credit card fraud.
d. While using the Rahavaas Dekho Platform User shall at all times strictly comply with the payment procedure and the terms mentioned herein in their entirety.
e. Your use of the Services shall be believed that you are fully satisfied with the description, rules and photos of the accommodation and usage fee of the accommodation as has been displayed on Rahavaas Dekho's Platform.
The User agrees and acknowledges that in the Rahavaas Dekho Platform all Services are offered only at the sole discretion of Rahavaas Dekho.
B. Payment & Usage Fee
You hereby agree and understand that you will have to pay the usage fee as mentioned on the Rahavaas Dekho Platform for the concerned Services via the payment mode provided on the Rahavaas Dekho Platform post which User’s requested accommodations location reservation will be confirmed. Once the reservation has been confirmed, Rahavaas Dekho will debit the usage fee from the payment mode selected by the User. The User agrees and accepts that the payment procedure may call for and require additional verification of or information from the User and the User undertakes to provide complete, correct and proper information.
Rahavaas Dekho uses third party payment providers to receive payments from Users. Rahavaas Dekho is not responsible for delays or erroneous transaction execution or cancellation of reservation due to payment issues. Rahavaas Dekho takes utmost care to work with third party payment providers, but does not control their systems, processes, technology and work flows, hence cannot be held responsible for any fault at the end of payment providers.
Users making payments for Services provided via the Rahavaas Dekho Platform, would be making payments to the entities mentioned as per the link mentioned in the tab named Payment for Services.
6. Usage terms
The information, materials, Services available on the Rahavaas Dekho Platform may inadvertently include inaccuracies, typographical errors, or outdated information, Rahavaas Dekho is not responsible for and shall not be bound to honor typographical or pricing errors on the Rahavaas Dekho Platform. Rahavaas Dekho reserves the right to refuse or cancel booking at any time, including but not limited to the orders that contain incorrect prices or product descriptions or rules, orders in which Rahavaas Dekho believes the User has violated applicable laws or these terms, orders that Rahavaas Dekho believes are harmful/fraudulent or based on illegal information. Rahavaas Dekho neither warrants nor makes any representations regarding the quality, accuracy or completeness of any data, information, product or Service. Subject to the Services referred in Paragraph “Rahavaas Dekho services“ Rahavaas Dekho, in relation to its platform, expressly disclaims any warranties whether express or implied about the accuracy, completeness, correctness, suitability, reliability, availability, timeliness, quality, continuity, performance, error free or uninterrupted operation/functioning, fitness for a particular purpose, workmanlike effort, non-infringement, lack of viruses or other harmful components of the Services and/or products.
Rahavaas Dekho shall not be responsible for the delay or inability to use the Rahavaas Dekho Platform, unrelated functionalities, the provision of or failure to provide functionalities, or for any information, software, services, functionalities and related graphics obtained through the Rahavaas Dekho Platform, or otherwise arising out of the use of the Rahavaas Dekho Platform, whether based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability or otherwise. Further, Rahavaas Dekho shall not be held responsible for non-availability of the Rahavaas Dekho Platform during periodic maintenance operations or any unplanned suspension of access to the Rahavaas Dekho Platform that may occur due to technical reasons or for any reason beyond Rahavaas Dekho’s control. You understand and agree that any material or data downloaded or otherwise obtained through the Rahavaas Dekho Platform is done entirely at your own discretion and risk and you will be solely responsible for any damage to your computer systems or loss of data that results from the download of such material or data. Rahavaas Dekho accepts no liability for any errors or omissions, with respect to any information provided to you.
Rahavaas Dekho may enable features that allow you to authorize other Users or certain third parties to take certain actions that affect your Rahavaas Dekho Account. For example, we may enable Users to link their Rahavaas Dekho Accounts to businesses and take actions for those businesses, we may enable eligible Users or certain third parties to book listings on behalf of other Users. These features do not require that you share your credentials with any other person. No third party is authorized by Rahavaas Dekho to ask for your credentials, and you shall not request the credentials of another User
7. Prohibited Content :
As a pre-condition of use of the Rahavaas Dekho Platform, User warrants to Rahavaas Dekho that User shall not use this Rahavaas Dekho Platform for any purpose that is unlawful, unauthorized, or inconsistent with these terms, and the User agrees that this license to use Rahavaas Dekho Platform will terminate immediately upon User's violation of this warranty. Rahavaas Dekho reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to block/terminate User's access to this Rahavaas Dekho Platform and its content at any time, with or without notice. The User agrees, acknowledges, confirms and undertakes that the registration data, information/data provided or uploaded onto the Rahavaas Dekho Platform by the User:
a. shall not be misleading or incomplete; or
b. shall not be deceptive or snached credit cards; or
c. shall not outstep any third party's intellectual property, trade secret or other rights of publicity or privacy; or
d. shall not be exceptions, disgraceful or unlawfully harassing.
